If I’m totally honest I wasn’t looking forward to testing this diet, just something about it made me think I was going to hate it but actually the Fat Loss For Idiots program was far better than expected.

It is very basic in its set up, which in this case is a good thing as theres not tons of reading to do before you start or much science to understand. Instead there are simply a few rules to read and then its just a case of sticking with the 11 day meal plan. In general the food was very well balanced with bits of every food type, although you should note that there maybe a bit too much protein for some.

Did I lose my 9 pounds in 11 days as the site claims? Well no actually, but I did lose 4 and a half which although it may not sound a lot I was pleased with as I did no exercises and during the Fat Loss For Idiots diet I never suffered from hungriness. Definitely an option for the “lazy” dieter.
